Class 117 DMU at Cardiff Central station

18th July 1987

Set C422 is towed through Cardiff with 51360's closest bogie on a wheel skate. The C in the set number looks as if it's just been applied on top of the L after transfer from Reading. The other vehicles are presumably 59512 + 51402. PJ Evans.

Class 117 DMU at Pontypridd

August 1987

Class 117 C422 (previously L422) leaves Pontypridd for Treherbert in August '87. C422 was 51402 + 59512 + 51360. Mac Winfield.

Class 117 DMU at Cardiff Central

9th September 1987

Class 117 set C422 at Cardiff Central on September 9th 1987. DMS W51402 is closest, presumably with W59512 + W51360. Hamish Stevenson.
