Class 128 DMU at Scratchwood

Gloucester parcel car M55987 at Scratchwood in (probably late) 1960. It was a Cricklewood vehicle from new at the start of that year until January 1962 when it moved to Newton Heath. Stuart Mackay Collection.

In the sidings at Doncaster on 7 April 1973 can be seen a Class 100 DTC with the cab removed, probably 56098 which was withdrawn the previous month and had been noted in Doncaster with severe cab damage. Beside it is another Gloucester-built vehicle, LMR Class 128 DMPV M55987, withdrawn in July 1971. Mr Deltic.
