Class 117 DMU at Crewe Station

Details

Tyseley allocated Class 117 set no.T305 formed of DMBS W51368, TCL W59520 and DMS W51410, painted in GWR brown and cream colour scheme, leave Platform 4 at Crewe Station with a service for Nottingham Midland via Derby on the 20th April 1991. After withdrawl in the late 90's both power cars were scrapped at MC Metals, Glasgow, W51368 in April 1999 and W51410 in September of the same year while the centre trailer vehicle was preserved and can be found on the Dartmoor Railway, Devon.
