As part of the 1985 celebrations for the 150th anniversary of the Great Western Railway, Bristol's B430 set (51368 + 59520 + 51410) was repainted into chocolate and cream livery. It was often to be seen around Birmingham and on 16 May 1987 it was in use on the Cross City line where I photographed it at Longbridge station.
