A class 108 DMU set led by car M52041 awaits departure from platform 2 at Preston with a Blackpool North to Manchester Victoria service on the 22nd October 1984. This car continued in service until November 1992 and was scrapped two months later. An exposure of 11 seconds at f8 was used.
