We called into Skipton on 9 September 1973 on our way home from a wedding in Yorkshire. As it was a Sunday the station was very quiet, with just this 3 car dmu, and a 2 car set also, in the sidings. This set was made up of Class 111 cars 51545 + 59534 + 51555. The 2 car set, not in this photo, was 50137 + 56090. Lewis Bevan.
