A rare interior view of 975010 during its departmental career. This is the No1 end cab driving position, at the technical centre, Derby, in 1991 during an inspection by an enthusiast who was making early arrangements to purchase the vehicle for preservation once it became surplus to requirements. In the event, 975010 was preserved, but under a different owner.
