Last Day No.23. Cravens 105 373 triple idles at Kilmacolm and is probably waiting to form the 16:01 service for Glasgow Central. An old notebook suggests this was DMBS E50384 (nearest) + DMBS E51301 + DTSL E56464. This may have been the last daylight departure from Kilmacolm. The masonry wall to the left is the corner of the former goods shed. Whilst the station buildings survived closure as a pub, the goods shed succumbed to redevelopment and was flattened to make way for housing. Saturday 08 January 1983.
