Class 117 power car 51375 in LH Plant at Burton-on-Trent on 9th September 2004. While work continues to the left rebuilding the former cab end to a gangway, the rest of the vehicle has been sanded ready for painting and the panels in the former window areas primed. Stuart Mackay.

977992 has had most of the body and roof glossed when seen at LH Plant on September 15, 2004. Conversion work was still under way to the left but with leaf fall season approaching there was an urgency to get the vehicle completed as soon as possible. Stuart Mackay.
