Hybrid class 108/104 unit 263, formed of 54495 + 53540, leads another unit E.C.S. through Reading on 5/5/93. Sparegang.

8th July 1993

With Turbo units increasingly common on Thames Valley lines, DMUs were in decline, but L263 (missing the L on the cab front) passes Aynho at 11.05 on the 8th July 1993 probably working from Oxford to Banbury? The vehicles are Class 108 DTSL 54495 paired with Class 104 DMBS 53540. Dave Gommersall.
