Derby lightweight at Cohen&amp;#039;s Kettering

circa June 1969

Two Derby Lightweight DMBSs at Cohens, Kettering, for disposal. Undated, the slide process date was July 1969. Closest is E79025 which arrived there on 11 June 1969 and was believed to linger until 1971 before being cut. Behind, in blue livery, is presumably E79028.It also arrived on the same date, these two were the first Derby Lightweight DMBSs to arrive there, and there were no more till the following year. Its stay was considerable shorted, is believed to have been cut by the end of June 1969. Stuart Mackay Collection.
