mid-May 1959 - For the Wickham railbuses in May 1959, SC79965 was at Crieff, two on the Devon Valley line, leaving two spare.

Although the unit number was not recorded by the original photographer, the date, location and accident damage to the front end would suggest this to be SC79968, stored at Ayr depot during Easter weekend 1966. Phil Griffin.
