A Swindon Inter-City at Beith North, just north of Glengarnock with Sc51025 leading, circa 1982. As the DMBS vehicle determines the unit number it was unusual for a Swindon DMS to carry it and Sc51025 unusually (and incorrectly in this period) carried 126418. It did however make the vehicle easy to identify even in blurry shots 30-odd years later. The only other DMS to carry a set number was 51013 with 126410.
