Grounded Class 108 DTC 54250 at Carnforth Midland Bottom End yard in 1988. It had collided with an engineers wagon on the Up Furness earlier in the year, was withdrawn on February 7th 1988 an spent at least a year hidden in the yard behind engineers wagons and would eventually be cut up on site.
