Class 122 route learner 975540 heads north through Great Goytre, between Abergavenny and Pontrilas on 17th April 1987. It may well have been on a road learning trip for Crewe Drivers, who at that time didn't sign the route south of Hereford, in preparation for the introduction of Sprinters on the route.
