Class 116 set C312, presumably 53896 at the front, the rear vehicle is a Class 108 DMBS, southbound at Treorchy circa 1987. It is passing under a Taff Vale Railway overbridge that used to take miners over the railway between Treorchy to the colliery that is now the site of Treorchy Comprehensive School.
