A 2-Car Met-Camm DMU set is seen in the vast 1890 built former Midland Railway terminus at Bradford Forster Square. The humble DMU attracting little custom for service 2L57 the 12.30 to Keighley. This big station with its long wide canopied platform was totally rebuilt in 1990 as part of the Aire Valley electrification scheme and in the process lost platform faces and track length in the process as the terminus was shifted north reducing the lines original length. The original Midland terminus mileage being 208m 58ch but now it's 208m 50ch.
