An official image (Derby Works negative 57/836) showing the interior of Derby Heavyweight DMBS E50048 circa late 1957. This is the front saloon, which is non-smoking. The small signs ('tablets') on the seat backs warn about hitting your head on the luggage rack as you stand up.
