In the driver's compartment of a new GRC&W twin DMU are Scottish Region General Manager James Ness, Viscount Elibank, Bailie R.D. Hunter and Driver Lister. This was prior to a demonstration run from Edinburgh Waverley to Drem and back on January 28 1958.
