Passing right in front of people's houses, E52096 arrives at a very dull Hull on 23rd February 1980. The semi-derelict housing along Selby Street does nothing to lift the feeling of gloom.
The footbridge from which this photograph was taken is still there, but all the houses have long been demolished.
