This is believed to be the underside of M51632, it was one of a series of images taken in the aftermath of a fire at Napsbury on 9 February 1966. This is London Midland Region negative DL3850 taken at Cricklewood depot. The accident report noted "Nos. 1 and 2 fuel tanks had both been punctured one in the side and the other underneath". The fuel tank in the image seems to have damage on the underside.
