This is one of the first photos I took with my new Werra camera in 1965. It's certainly the first railway photo. I started working for British Rail in a signal box in December 1964. The photo is of a Chester bound train taken at Rock Ferry on the Woodside to Chester line. Merseyrail electrics now operate this service.
