The well-kept box at Totley East is seen here on a damp afternoon in April 2000. A "Heritage" DMU is approaching with a Manchester to Sheffield service. Like the other manual boxes on the Hope Valley route, Totley East has since been modernised with uPVC cladding and double-glazed windows.
