No details were on this 25mm slide, showing a DMU - probably a 116 - departing from Edinburgh Waverley likely on a service to Glasgow Central via Shotts. The circa early/mid 1970s view also has a Class 27 on the Glasgow push-pull, a Gloucester and a couple of Met-Camm DMUs.
