Three twin DMUs passing the site of Astley station on the Liverpool - Manchester Line (Chat Moss). All but one vehicle are (blue square) Derby Lightweights. Undated - the early version of the Rail Blue livery on the closest car and the third vehicle from this end, a BRC&W vehicle, is still in green - suggesting late 1960s.
