Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Winter approx 1980-81. A typical grey winter day and three first generation diesel multiple units (a 114 on the left, a 108 or 114 hiding behind the pillars in the middle and a Met-Camm on the right) grace the platforms of Sheffield Midland station. From the steam heating leaks the train in platform 6 is probably a Peak hauled train heading south.
