The grounded bodies of 50984 and 56255 on Accrington MPD on 23 August 1970. The two vehicles were withdrawn on 2/11/69, the DMBS had collision damage to the cab but the cause is unknown. The details on the end of the DMBS shows its last overhaul was at Derby dated 20 June 1969.
