This low wide angle picture of Snow Hill on February 1972 shows just how big the old Snow Hill was, at this stage the platform buildings were intact and even some BR(W) sign work was still in use. Towards the Colmore Row end the track has been filled and surfaced to provide car parking. In the one remaining operational bay a Gloucester RC&W single car unit waits to plough it's lonely furrow to Wolverhampton L.L.
