Class 110 DMU at Scarborough

Details

Sleepy Morning at Scarborough.

The clock on the tower says 10.55 and a lone four-car Class 110 DMU keeps the railway interest alive on 9 September 1974. To the right is the signal box controlling just the station area, beautiful cast iron abounds and the place is in a very good state of repair. On a Summer Saturday the station was very busy with loco hauled trains arriving from many destinations to this popular resort.
