Network South East Class 121 'bubble car' 55023, reformed with two unidentified Class 119 'Gloucester' vehicles, forming a Reading to Gatwick service, seen approaching Shalford at Dagley Farm in June 1987. Around this time, the Reading-allocated Pressed Steel 'bubble car' was temporarily paired with other DMU carriages from the depot as required.
