A two-car Met-Camm DMU, the DMBS still in green, heads away from Grosmont with a service to Whitby. The process date is September 1969. The two platforms closest, which would become part of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, were last used in March 1965 when the Malton service via Pickering was withdrawn.
