The station at Lichfield Trent Valley H.L. has a very 1950's 'new brutal' look to it although the platform lighting looks very odd. Arriving at the station is a smart Metro-Cammell DMU on a Wolverhampton bound service, it may well be delayed for parcel loading as there is a barrow load waiting in the rain. Date unknown but 1963 is most likely. Peter Shoesmith
