A view of the rather bleak looking BR station at Blaenau Ffestiniog on 24 June 1976, with a class 101 working to Llandudno. On the left is the plinthed FR 0.4.0STT Princess, a position she occupied between 1969 and 1981 and beyond is the Crosville bus garage. The station was closed in 1982 with the opening of the joint BR/FR facility.
