Okay so it may not be a Monday, Peter left not one detail with this picture but it has that miserable cold November morning look as people grudgingly return to work. I guess, going by the vast jacket shoulders and flapping flares the picture dates from the mid 1970's It is a simple shot of a Norwich Class 101 waiting at Kings Norton station with a Birmingham train. The island platform is obviously still in use but all the fine buildings have been swept away to be replaced by a cheap and nasty bus shelter. Image taken by Peter Shoesmith.
