Class 104 DMU at Birmingham New Street

×

Details

Standing in the smoke filled gloom of Birmingham New Street is a BRC&W DMU, clean and shiny although by this time (09/1963) it has been in service for a few years, the driver glares after his receding passengers who could not be bothered to close a door.

On the right, on the Midland side of the station, is Stanier Jubilee 45676 Codrington the train is and it will soon be heading west towards Gloucester or Bristol.
