101685 'Daisy' gets to stretch its legs on a jaunt to Sheffield vice a 142. A 47th birthday outing for the veteran unit in its final weeks. I believe there was some concern at the time. There was a risk, that if the 101 broke down on the Hope Valley, it would cause significant delays. The run went smoothly. The following day, however, the booked 142 that worked the same service, broke down and caused many delays!
