E53638 leads a 3-car Class 108 set into Hull under Argyll Street bridge on 12th August 1986. This scene has completely changed; the railway cottages have been demolished, as has the old pavilion at the Circle cricket ground seen in the distance above the second coach. Today, there is a gigantic footbridge and walkway to the KC Stadium which now fills the entire area behind the train.
