No details came with this image, but it's three West Cumberland sets, and appears to be M79612 leading (now preserved). Being a six-car formation and carrying sideboards it's probably one of the regular 'John Peel Land Cruise' trains. It is seen on the West Coast Main Line, passing over the Dillicar water troughs in the Lune Gorge just south of Tebay.
