There are ten DMU sets visible in the view of Manchester Piccadilly on April 11, 1979. Far left are two Class 104s, on the left two Class 100s and a 3-car Met-Camm behind, on the left side of the centre platform is two Class 104s, on the other side of the platform a Class 100, and on the right a Class 108 (the only set not in plain blue livery) with a Class 101 behind.
