Until the mid-90s St Johns was the terminus of services from Bletchley. However sense prevailed and the service extended to Bedford Midland. The remains of St Johns were replaced by a halt seen here as a Bletchley bound train appeared in the form of class 121 single unit 55031 in NSE livery, May 1999.
