Class 101 51249, set number T078 (presumably with 53146), is seen stabled outside the factory at Tyseley on 26.12.1990. This had been transferred down from Scotland, and was not one of the refurbished examples. These did make a strange sight working in the West Midlands in their Strathclyde PTE livery.
