Pressed Steel unit L402 (51335/59487/51377) is seen at Acton Cutting on January 22, 1983 from a railtour held on signals while crossing the GW main line. These dmus were the mainstay of suburban services in and out of London Paddington for many years. Jeremy Chapter.

A Pressed Steel formation - a Class 117 with a Class 121 DTS on the front (which seems to be W56287) is seen at Acton Cutting, near Acton Main Line, on 12 September 1970. Taken from the London Terminals Railtour as it crossed the Great Western Mainline from Paddington to the West. George Woods.
