Over 30 years of service but gleaming in its new Regional Railways livery, Metro-Cam set 101652 (53198 + 54346) is at the front of a four coach train on a Sheringham to Norwich service at Beeston Regis on August 2, 1991. Mike Dean.

T575 (51088 + 51060) was quite distinctive as at one point it has the red NSE stripe painted blue. It's seen in Beeston station with the 09:50 Lincoln Central - Narborough on 14/4/93. Gazza Prescott.

Norwich based 2 car class 101 Metro-Cammell set (51213, 54065) climbs up Beeston Hill having just left Sheringham, with a Sheringham - Norwich service, 10th August 1988. Andrew J Crowther.
A Nottingham bound 4-car diesel multiple unit (a Met-Camm and probably a Class 114) arrives at Beeston west of Nottingham on the Derby line on 4th June 1989. Beeston station was opened in 1839 by the Midland Counties Railway, which shortly joined the North Midland Railway and the Birmingham and Derby Junction Railway to form the Midland Railway. The original building was replaced by this one in 1847 (see plaque on wall above awning). Unfortunately today the concrete footbridge partly blocks the view. Pete LG99.

A 3-car Class 120 DMU (set EP514, probably led by 53687) is seen near Beeston station, Nottinghamshire, 14/09/1983. To the right is the building of the Shipstone Maltings - it was built in 1880, operational until 2000, then demolished in 2013 to make way for a housing development. Graeme Phillips Collection.
