A six-car Met-Camm DMU formation enters Fencehouses on Saturday 20 July 1963. With a busy platform and a 2Z20 reporting number on the front this is likely an excursion. The station, on the Leamside line in Tyne and Wear had its passenger services withdrawn in May 1964. Stuart Mackay Collection.
