Two refurbished Class 101 three-car sets working a down 'Excursion' (presumably the return working) seen one mile south of Wilnecote (south of Tamworth) on 12 May 1979. Michael Mensing.

Vehicle: 51808   Set: T038

51808 at Tamworth 18/04/92. The 116 DMBS it is working with is presumably 53838, the two forming set T038. David Bellamy.

7th August 1988

Vehicle: 54248   Set: 212

Class 108 set 212 (54248 + 53965) at Tamworth with Coventry on the destination blind. The negative sleeve recorded this as 7 August 1988, but the set number and location suggests it may be post May-1989 when it was a Tyseley set? Stuart Mackay Collection.
