Looking over the Rochdale canal to the town of Todmorden which occupies a prominent position in the Calder Valley, it is about to cross Gauxholme Viaduct. The train is an Class 101 Metro-Cammell set, on the 16.35 Leeds - Manchester. This was a "holiday slide" taken 16/08/1980. Geoff Dowling.
