Possibly a Haymarket blind and may be incomplete. If so, then it's possibly missing some destinations at the end, these may be STRANRAER, THORNTON and WEST CALDER.
As to why Cluny Bridge appears, John McGrevey notes: "There was never a station there. The story, as I understand it, was that the blind manufacturer was given a copy of the Working Timetable with the irrelevant places crossed out and told to make the blind include the others. Somebody forgot to cross out Cluny Bridge." It can be seen on display in this image and this image.
