A Class 101 about to pass a three-car Class 108 (which appears to be set 828, presumably 52051 + 59386 + 51936) at Cockwood Harbour, South Devon. 52051 was transferred to Plymouth in May 1989 and the image would be taken between then and February 1991 when it was involved in a serious fire.
