Stabled in the sidings a the north end of Leamington Spa station in September 1987 are a railgrinder and Class 117 DMU T304. Bob Belcher.
The line between Longbridge and Birmingham New Street saw a 15 minute frequency of DMUs throughout most of the day and threw up quite a variety of classes and combinations of classes within the same set. This is Class 117 set T304 (51407 + 59517 + 51365) at Kings Norton in 1988, which ended up in the south-west as a 2 car set until withdrawal from Laira in 1993. Peter Tandy.
