2nd May 1994

The Bank Holiday Monday on 2 May 1994 saw some Birmingham to Stratford-upon-Avon trains formed of DMMUs rather than the usual class 150 sprinters. Here is a mixed formation of two power triples led by T351 (presumably 53921 at the front) and a Network South East liveried set (the rear vehicle labelled as L713, presumably 51391) approaching at Bishopton. Peter Tandy.

Class 116 DMU at near Edstone Aqueduct, Bearley

2nd May 1994

On 2 May 1994 T351 (presumably 53921 at the front) leads L713 about to pass under Edstone Aqueduct, the longest cast-iron structure of its type in England. This location is just to the north of Bearley. Peter Tandy.
